?The Faculty Development Programme (FDP) for the academic year 2024-25 was organized from 12th July to 20th July 2024. This programme aimed to enhance the professional skills of faculty and supporting staff at GHG Khalsa College of Education, Gurusar Sadhar, Ludhiana. The FDP covered a range of topics, from administrative tools and financial management to research techniques, emotional intelligence, and professional ethics. By addressing these diverse areas, the programme sought to contribute to the overall development of faculty members and improve the educational environment at the institution.
